By accessing or using VoxAmi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VoxAmi provides an AI-powered platform for creating chatbots and voice assistants. Our services include AI assistant creation, knowledge base management, phone number provisioning, and analytics.

3. Subscription Plans

VoxAmi offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with varying features and usage limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Overage charges apply when usage exceeds plan limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxAmi only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include spam, harassment, impersonation, and any activity that violates applicable laws including telecommunications regulations.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VoxAmi, including knowledge base documents, call recordings, and chat logs. VoxAmi is granted a license to process this data solely to provide services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoxAmi's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. VoxAmi may suspend services immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
